Dennis R. Carlson III

President/CEO | Director, Client Services

Dennis Carlson is the President & CEO of Bespoke Benefits and oversees the Client Services Department and business development operations for the company.  He began his career in the insurance industry in 2004 working for a large regional commercial insurance agency.  As the Director of Sales & Service, Employee Benefits he directed the creation of a full-service Employee Benefits division for the Sacramento-based agency.  From 2004 to 2008 Dennis made major contributions in developing a substantial client base of small to mid-size businesses for his employer. 

In 2009 Dennis embarked on his own adventure to create Bespoke Benefits Insurance Services.  His mission was, and continues to be, to create a boutique employee benefits consultancy and brokerage that combines a state-of-the-art service platform delivered by experts in technical benefits program analysis with a focus on design.  Creating value for Bespoke's clients through creative cost efficiencies and multi-layered "added value" services, Bespoke is able to help small and mid-sized businesses create a more robust benefits offering while reducing unnecessary costs.

Dennis is a Past President of the Sacramento Association of Health Underwriters and is actively involved in health care reform legislation and implementation both in Washington DC and in Sacramento.

Dawn Stafford

Independent Benefits Consultant | Silicon Valley and South SF Bay

Dawn Stafford began her career in the Human Capital industry where she spent ten years working with Silicon Valley employers to attract and retain the best and brightest employees. Ms. Stafford understands the unique structure of start ups and small to mid-sized companies and the important balance between people and financial considerations.

Dawn holds Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from San Jose State University as well as a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University.

Outside the office, Dawn is an active member of Bayland’s Quarter Midget Racing Association and DREAM, a non profit that raises money for youth sports and education in the Bay Area. In her spare time, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, working out, watching movies and going to the beach.

Stephanie Garcia

Client Services Representative

Stephanie Garcia is a Client Services Representative for Bespoke Benefits and handles back office administrative services including eligibility, COBRA processing, claims follow-up, and other day-to-day tasks.

Stephanie has been in the customer service business for the past four years and treats each client like they are her only client.
